   This is a new PC and the HDD and the WLAN adapter were showing nether the Rubber Remove icon.I was able to make the HDD bus be treated every bit an internal, but I can find any such/similar option for the WLAN adapter.Need assist please!

   I use to exist able to eject my USB drive via "Safely Remove Hardware and Squirt Media" with list as below:

   - Open Devices and Printers
   - Eject Information Traveler 111
   - USB Bulldoze (D
   - Eject My Passport Ultra
   - My Passport (E

   However recently the "Safely Remove Hardware and Squirt Media" listing seems corrupted and shows:

   - Open Devices and Printers
   - USB Drive (D

   - My Passport (East

   with { - USB Drive (D } and { - My Passport (Due east } are grayed out.

   Currently the only way for me is get to file explorer and correct click the removable drive and click Eject.

   Please help!

   The configuration to this can be establish under settings. To enable this feature follow these steps:

   1. Right-click the taskbar and select Taskbar settings.
      
   2. Under Notification Area, cull
      Select which icons announced on the taskbar.
   3. Coil to Windows Explorer: Safely Remove Hardware and Squirt Media
      and plow it on.

   
   If this doesn't work, I advise that you check with your USB drive manufacturer for new drivers or other updates.
