Now say, what???Secure Kicking can be enabled when Platform is in User Mode. Repeat functioning after enrolling Platform Key (PM).

U take to insert flash bulldoze with Os first. Then enrol platform pk to save the variable into flashdrive then that on bootup the bios tin can read the bootable usb.
